Do I need to know Yoga before?

THE TRUTH IS NOT! Yoga is for everyone, no matter how you look, what you age, what you dress, how you weight, what your job, where you live or your religion.

Yoga has no appropriate milestone for you to start training, and even no milestone for you to begin learning. You do not know any yoga postures, don't worry, just grasp the spirit of Yoga, AND you are perfectly suitable to attend this trip!
